Duke of Cambridge Plays in the Audi Polo Challenge - His First Public Appearance Since the Birth of Prince George

HRH The Duke of Cambridge and HRH Prince Harry took the Audi quattro team to victory, beating the Audi ultra team at the Audi Polo Challenge, Coworth Park, Ascot. This was the Duke's first public appearance since the birth of Prince George.

To mark the occasion, the Duke was presented with a baby polo mallet for Prince George by Martin Sander, Director of Audi UK.

The exclusive event welcomed over 300 VIP guests to enjoy afternoon tea, an exhilarating polo match, dinner and entertainment by award-winning Scottish singer Amy McDonald. VIPs who attended the occasion included Sam Clafin, Keeley Hawes, Dominic Cooper, Jeremy Piven, Gemma Arterton, Idris Elba, Annabelle Wallis, Tom Riley and Karen Gillan. 

This year the Audi Polo Challenge was in aid of three charities: The Royal Marsden Hospital, Skillforce and Sentebale. The annual occasion has raised more than £1.5 million over the last decade for various charities supported by the Duke of Cambridge and Prince Harry. It is now an event that is firmly established on the English polo calendar.
